Former Tabung Haji chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim has been given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) by the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on his nine corruption and money laundering charges in connection with road projects, after the prosecution applied for the DNAA to further investigate a representation made by Abdul Azeez.
