La Conférence internationale sur la biodiversité (COP15) a débouché, dans la nuit du dimanche 18 au lundi 19 décembre à Montréal, sur un accord inattendu, jugé relativement ambitieux malgré quelques points décevants. Après un report de deux ans en raison de la pandémie et une délocalisation au Canada, le dernier round des négociations avait pris énormément de retard ces dix derniers jours, avec des centaines de points de désaccord restants.
