"Everyone here is learning."
When contributor Anuja Kafle attended her first session, she noticed something that changed her perspective on the entire open source ecosystem. People who were just starting their careers and students in their first years of college were sitting alongside engineers with more than twenty years of industry experience.
Even more impactful was realizing that everyone was asking similar questions. When Anuja asked for guidance, a mentor reminded her that nobody has everything figured out because open source technology is constantly advancing. That conversation turned what could have been an intimidating experience into a genuine feeling of belonging.
The cloud native ecosystem thrives because of this culture of shared learning and open mentorship. Whether you are exploring containerization for the first time or orchestrating complex systems in production, your questions and contributions matter.
