STORY
Usagi Tsukino đang sống những ngày tháng bình yên là một nữ sinh trung học bình thường. Ngay lúc đó, người yêu của cô là Chiba Mamoru quyết định sang Mỹ du học. Ra sân bay để tiễn anh, Usagi đã được Mamoru trao nhẫn đính hôn. Ngay sau khi cùng nói lời hứa về tương lai, Mamoru đã tan biến ngay trước mắt của Usagi bởi bàn tay của ai đó. Không thể chấp nhận được sự thật về sự biến mất của Mamoru, Usagi đã giấu kí ức đó sâu thẳm trong trái tim mình.
Trong khi đó, Shadow Galactica, đứng đầu là Sailor Galaxia và nhóm Sailor Starlights bất ngờ xuất hiện. Usagi vẫn không chắc nhóm Sailor Starlights là đồng minh hay kẻ thù. Các chiến binh thủy thủ lần lượt bị Sailor Galaxia cướp đi viên pha lê thủy thủ là nguồn sức mạnh của họ, tất cả đều lần lượt tan biến.
Trong tình thế vô vọng, Usagi thách thức Sailor Galaxia trong trận chiến cuối cùng với tư cách là một chiến binh thủy thủ. Cô tin rằng mình sẽ gặp lại những người thân yêu của mình.
