On August 16, the Buick Century seven-seat luxury model was officially launched, priced at 469,900 yuan. The new car adopts the “2+2+3” seating arrangement and offers four body colors: cloud white, rosy red, bright blue and navy blue.
In terms of appearance, the body contour of the new car is in harmony with the four-seater and six-seater versions. The front is simpler. The horizontal chrome-plated grille is elegant. The surrounding chrome-plated front bezels add a sense of hierarchy and the edges of the headlights are very sharp. Decorative strips connecting the light groups enrich the visual hierarchy. The winged headlights at the rear of the new car are quite distinctive, and the roof-protruding rear spoiler is embedded with high-mounted brake lights. The length, width and height of the new car are respectively 5230mm×1980mm×1867mm and the wheelbase is as long as 3130mm.
In terms of interior, the new car’s 30-inch integrated curved screen adopts an enveloping layout, and the upper and lower color schemes have a better sense of space. The new vehicle has a 4.3L built-in car refrigerator in the position of the front armrest box, and the temperature inside the refrigerator can be adjusted between -6°C and 10°C.
The new car adopts the “2+2+3” seating arrangement, the second and third rows of seats share longitudinal electric skids, and the seats have longer travel. The second row seats are perforated leather air seats that support 14-way electric adjustment, can be adjusted to 171 degrees, with 3-speed heating, ventilation and memory functions. Equipped with touch screen, seats and windows, rear sunroof sunshade and air conditioning control.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with an eighth generation Ecotec 2.0T variable-cylinder turbocharged engine and a 48V mild hybrid, with a maximum power of 174kW and a maximum of 350N m.
