L’artiste contemporain Jonathan Yeo a réalisé une toile rouge flamboyant aux dimensions gigantesques pour immortaliser Charles III. Le tableau imposant – 2,6 m sur 2 – a été officiellement dévoilé par le roi en personne ce 14 mai, en présence de Camilla, lors d’une cérémonie au palais de Buckingham. Il s’agit là du premier portrait historique de Charles III réalisé depuis son règne : commandé par la Compagnie des drapiers, il va rejoindre le siège de leur compagnie, le Drapers’ Hall à Londres.
