Kakasana( also know as Crow Pose) is the Sanskrit name for a Hatha yoga pose in which the practitioner begins by squatting and placing the palms flat on the ground between the legs and directly under the shoulders, and lifts the entire body weight on palms .
In this tutorial I’ve shared 3 simple steps to achieve Crow Pose or Kakasana. If followed precisely, any one can achieve the pose.
My advice would be .. not to rush in the pose .. take your time, be at your own pace…sooner or later you’ll end up achieving the pose.
