OpenBSD -current is now 7.3-beta

It’s that time of the year again. With this commit,
Theo de Raadt (deraadt@) changed the version string for the development branch of OpenBSD to 7.3-beta.

The commit reads,

FreeBSD 13.2-RC1 Available

The first RC build for the FreeBSD 13.2 release cycle is now available. ISO images for the amd64, i386, powerpc, powerpc64, powerpc64le, powerpcspe, armv6, armv7, aarch64, and riscv64 architectures are FreeBSD mirror sites.
