Setelah berjuang melewati babak audisi, 24 peserta SUCI X yang telah mendapatkan goldet ticket dan dipanggil ke Jakarta kini bersaing memperebutkan posisi 13 besar untuk lanjut ke babak show.
Namun dari 24 komika, hanya akan dipilih 11 orang komika dari babak preshow untuk lanjut ke babak show SUCI X. Sebelumnya ada Budi yang mendapatkan Ultimate Ticket karena menjadi juara 1 SUCI Liga Komunitas, serta Bonar yang mendapatkan Ultimate Ticket di babak audisi SUCI X.
Dipandu oleh host yang gokil-gokil, GJLS yang terdiri dari Hfidzi Khoir, Rigen, dan Rispo, serta para juri yang kompeten yaitu Raditya Dika, Abdel Achrian, Komeng, Celine Evangelista, serta Pandji Pragiwaksono, SUCI X siap menggemparkan Usmar Ismail dan penonton di rumah dengan tawa!
