This fully edible creation is my take on a blend between an Espresso Martini and a Tiramisu. It’s composed of an Espresso Martini soaked lady finger sponge base, a soft milk chocolate cremeux, a layer of dark chocolate crispy pearl and a duo of coffee and vanilla mascarpone mousse. The glass is crafted out of sugar and all of the decorative elements out of colored white chocolate.
