But listen, the king that never listens to anybody, they don’t last long. Some kings listen to some people. Maybe they forget gas for their car. Still doesn’t work. Listen to everybody. Yeah. And then through deductive reasoning or whatever it is, choose the best because the people that work with me have given me some of the greatest ideas that, as you say, we might oversee because of distractions or just routine or in our offices all day, we don’t hear the chatter. And so keep that open mind, put your ego aside and mind you that there are people there that are looking for your best interest. It just doesn’t always have to be financial or something where it’s office politics.
